Benefit from the ancient virtues of Ayurvedic principles dating back over 5,000 years
Our Kansa Wand is handmade in India using traditional techniques to create an exquisite beauty tool that respects the key philosophy of the Ayurveda system. The tool is crafted from pure bronze, a combination of copper and tin, known in India as the “healing metal”.
Purify and balance the skin with regular use of this beautifully crafted wand to illuminate, glow and reveal a wonderfully radiant appearance.
Benefits
- Ancient wisdom claims that Kansa metal has alkaline properties that help balance the pH of your skin. The smooth dome surface moves around the skin to draw heat, acidity and inflammation.
- Results of regular use includes plumping and depuffing, reducing the appearance of fine lines whilst firming and improving the overall appearance of the skin. The tool also helps to reduce facial tension, relaxing the muscles and promoting a more youthful appearance.
Ritual
Cleanse skin.
Apply your favorite Magically Holistic oil or serum to the face and neck area, taking a moment to enjoy the natural aroma. Apply 3-5 drops to ensure there is a sufficient layer for the wand to glide effortlessly.
Massage the skin in circular motions in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. Use upward and outward strokes as much as possible. On the forehead, a figure eight can be drawn horizontally several times.
Use for up to 10 minutes allowing each stroke to be used at least 3-5 times.
Use daily or at least 3 times per week to enjoy the full benefits.
Materials
100% wood handle with a base of pure Kansa (copper + tin)
The Graying Effect
The oil or serum applied may turn a gray-like color indicating the elimination of toxins and decreasing your body’s acidity. When this graying occurs, simply wipe it off the surface of your skin with a gentle cleanser or use a little facial oil to mobilize it, then wipe with a soft tissue.
Caring for your Kansa Wand
Never use any abrasive or chemical solutions including alcohol to clean your Kansa wand. Do not submerge in water. Instead, use a mild cleanser if needed on the Kansa metal and wipe off with a clean cloth. Dry fully and store inside the box.
