our journey
Magically Holistic was founded in 2019 by Subha Rajesh, but the real journey started decades ago in Subha’s hometown of Kerala, India…
As a young girl, Subha was fascinated by the unique and powerful ingredients used within Southern Asian communities. She spent Summers surrounded by fresh ingredients that the local community would pick, dry and blend into special creams and elixirs to use within their own beauty rituals. Subha’s Mother would use potent raw ingredients such as Green Gram Flour and Hibiscus Oil; Subha loved to mirror her Mother’s self-care practice by doing weekly clarifying masks and nourishing oiling regimes on herself.
Years later, after continually suffering with allergies from mainstream products, Subha turned to her Indian heritage for inspiration, experimenting with soothing essential oils and her own formulations of plant based serums. Seeing immediate results, Subha’s passion for clean, vegan skincare was ignited.
Subha went on to study Natural Skincare Formulation and by mid 2019, Magically Holistic was born. The brand offers the finest blends of botanical skincare and aromatherapy products that honor ancient skincare practices whilst using science backed ingredients with the highest possible efficacy.
