Returns & Exchanges
Each piece in our collection is freshly formulated, carefully handcrafted and hand filled. Subtle nuances in colour, scent and texture due to seasonality of harvesting our premium ingredients is natural. Each complexion and skin concern is unique and returns / exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction or for reasons due to pre-existing skin conditions cannot be offered.
We will happily replace / exchange any defective items and will fully refund your original purchase price.
Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns or exchange. Customised products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Kindly send us a detailed email at info@magically-holistic.com with the reason for return / exchange within seven days of delivery and we will honour your refund immediately. Refunds / returns will not be made following seven days of delivery.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
If your purchase meets the exchange criteria, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:
- Email at info@magically-holistic.com
- For Defect/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:
In case of quality issue/defect:
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, bags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase. A courier will come to collect the defective item.
- We will ship you a replacement piece at our cost.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price.
REFUND POLICY
- If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
- In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a gift card to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase. You may choose to take a refund of the original purchase price in the event of a quality issue or defect.
- The gift card will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.
